Introducing the Founder; Suki Garchay
Suki, an accomplished Human Resources professional, boasts 18 years of expertise in HR, with nearly two decades of dedicated service. Her specialisation spans almost a decade in the education sector, where she has honed her skills in people management, employee relations, operational HR, and consultancy.
Suki has primarily worked within the Local Government and Education sectors, she has collaborated extensively with senior leaders and management teams. In recent years, she has forged strong connections with CEOs, Headteachers, and Senior Leadership Teams within Multi Academy Trusts and schools.
Suki holds a BA in Human Resource Management and proudly aligns herself with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). Her personable and friendly demeanour enables her to establish effective relationships and collaborate closely with clients to fulfil their HR needs and objectives
